Had a dental exam and cleaning done about two weeks ago. Found the office to be clean, the staff attentive, and the hygienist well skilled. None of the complaints made be the previous reviewer were observed. In fact, I don't even believe that any professional office would make such stupid mistakes as she describes and wonder if this reviewer has some other agenda. This dentist has many years of experience at this location and is known in the area for doing quality work..

Absolutely Horrible Expirence: I was excited to finally find a medicaid participating dentist. I went and the dental asistants were all very kind. I had my teeth cleaned and an appointment to have fillings done. I needed filling so that my new patials that I already paid 1200 for would fit properly before i get my permenent set. When I went for my fillings once again the dental assistants were as sweet as pie. The dentisit on the other hand had no bedside manner. He didnt even introduce himself or say a word to me, he talked to the assistant as if i werent there, and he only finished one side. I made an appointment to get the other side done. I suffer from a psychological disorder and around the time of my appointment I had a dissociative episode. I didnt realize for a week that I had missed my appointment. I felt like a fool, and was too embarresed to call. A couple weeks later (today) I broke a tooth off and it is cut the heck out of he side of my tounge. I called and was treated terribly i was told I couldnt get my filling done until after my next cleaning, which will be long after my final partial fitting, because I missed my appointment. Although she had an appointment open may 23 she could fix my broken tooth but I am not allowed to get my filling, when I asked her if she knew of any places i could go sooner because my tounge was already bloody raw she got an attitude like i was wasting her time then she hung up on me. It seems to me this place knows that there are not many other medicaid accepting dentists so they can traet their patients like crap and get away with it. I will never go back and would reccomend that no body go here..
