I called in to make an appointment and received horrible treatment the receptionist hung up on me and then wouldn't answer the phone for a good 5 mins when I kept calling back. Refused to get me to her supervisor and when I finally got to the supervisor they said they don't take emergencies... I don't understand how needing to get a tooth removed is counted as an emergency I just thought thats what dentist do. We were going to go to them because they were a family friend but needless to say we will being going somewhere else.
