Dr. Aver seems to be an excellent dentist based on the reviews. However my experience was a bit different. I interviewed for a position and was completely disrespected, which was a complete shock as you can imagine. I was asked if I had children and how that would be a distraction to hire me. I was also told that “She didn’t have time to train because she is busy.” Why post the add about willing to train if your not? Secondly, I’m sure it’s discrimination to ask me questions about children as that would be based on her decision. Not my work experience or punctual attendance or my rapid learning ability. I was discusted that this oriental accomplished women would be so nasty. In addition, the good doctor told me that her staff is ranned by females because they are better. This was not only racial because the majority was Russian, but bias as well. The BBB has been notifies of her antics gestures. It’s sad we live in a world with airheads.
