6We waited one week to get in to see Dr Yu and the receptionist took our insurance information. We got into the office and the staff was unfriendly and the Doctor didn't want to do the work because it was too late in the day that the appointment was scheduled. To top it off, the insurance couldn't be verified so if we did insist that the Doctor do the work we would have had to pay for all the work up front and get reimbursed by the insurance company. We left there feeling very put out.
