I have been searching for years for the right dentist for my two youdaughters and I have been so impressed with the service Dr. Grace Lam has given my daughters. When my daughter was frightened and anxious she walked her thru the entire procedure, talking to her and informing her step by step what was happening. Dr. Lam demonstrated patience and was always concerned and caring. At the end of the visit my daughter was smiling and said she loved it, despite she had a root canal done! Thank you!.
She has lack of respect and patience for her patients. I respect her profession and her license but she does not have patience for toddlers. She rolled her eyes to my questions and got annoyed when I was rejecting some of the solutions. Very bad experience for my toddler. I will continue looking for the best pediatric dentist since my son like any other patient deserves the best..
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Recently, I had an appointment set to get my sons teeth cleaned I was taking a photo of him in the chair and the assistant and dentist both spoke to me condescendingly, saying I need permission to take a photo while making hand gestures towards their necks implying cut it out. Being treated as if I were a child is unacceptable. I asked to see the office manager since I felt so disrespected. I would never recommend anyone to see her..
