Be very careful, and document everything this man does. He permanently injured my jaw, then refused to see me to help me find a specialist who could help me (he literally hid around the corner in his office to avoid me. I found him. How humiliating). Because he wasted my "window" in which my jaw had a chance to heal, I will never be able to fully open my mouth again, that joint is quickly becoming arthritic, and it cost me $5,000 out of my own pocket to find a specialist who could help me regain.
