I have been to Patrick Minassian’s office for two root canals on my tooth 13&14. After the second one, Aileen, one of the secretaries, made an appointment to come and get the two teeth filled and as she said it was part of the root canal. After showing up for appointment, sat down for 15-20 minutes in the unit, she came back saying I have to pay 180 to get this two filled and you must do crown and filling does not help. I told her this is exactly opposite of what she said last time and crown was optional. Also, I asked her why did she make an appointment for filling my two teeth and she did not say anything and keep saying I need crown. Long story short, they declined to fill my tooth. They don’t seem to care about their clients and to me it looks like its about the money for them. I will probably do the crown somewhere else and wont go back there again. If a secretary say something, do not just take their word for it, it could easily gets changed in a matter of seconds.
