3Hold on to your wallet because they are going after it. Every time I sat in their chair an extra charge came my way. And when I finally pushed back they called me as I was driving to their office and told me that the DeltaCare twice annual cleaning at no charge was not available. I had to get the deep cleaning with a copay of $71. When I said I just want a regular cleaning, they told me to find a PPO plan. I\'ve been getting my teeth cleaned 3-4 times a year for 35 years. I didn\'t need a \"deep cleaning\". Apparently they don\'t get enough money from HMO plans to make it worth their time and that\'s their way of dumping patients who don\'t bring in enough money. Great patient care. Aside from the greed, they forgot to call in my antibiotic prescription, the pharmacist had to call them. They never called to tell me my crown was in, I had to call them. They scheduled my cleaning appointment with my crown appointment, then changed it again. Overall poor quality. Avoid this money pit.
