I have been going to Savin Dental Associates for over 40 years. Originally, I was a patient of his father, Dr. David Savin. When the Senior Dr. Savin retired, I continued with his son, Robert. I am experiencing the same quality and excellence of service from the son as the father. I would go to no other dental professional than Dr. Robert Savin.

Dr. Tan bought a dental office close to my home that I used to go to. I wanted to get a \"Quick Crown\", so I went to this office. There was an old lady in the waiting room and 2 ladies at the check-in desk. Both were busy and didn\'t acknowledge me. After a while, a lady came and told me to come around to her desk and asked if I wanted an appointment. We scheduled one for the following day. I gave her my information. She wanted my e-mail address so I could register and fill out new patient forms online and be ready tomorrow. When I left the office, the old lady was still waiting. I never got any e-mail forms, so I called their office and got a recording, \"someone will help you shortly\", and this went on for 10 minutes. I tried 3 more times throughout the day and at closing time, and got the same recording. I wrote a message on Tan\'s website saying to cancel my appointment. I don\'t want to deal with a doctor that I can\'t contact.
