2His staff does not treat his customer's with RESPECT, including his wife and secretary whom I recorded their phone calls harassing us not to return to their office, use profanity and racial hate speech. They want to charge a $30. 00 dll fee because they say I missed an appointment?? !!! WHAT IS THIS !! I will make sure to report this office to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Financial Bureau & the Office of Professional Discipline. My 11 year old daughter had to undergo surgery at another Dentist because a cavity was not treated properly on time.!!! Outrageous Customer Service.
