Not impressed with Dr. Perez. She was not warm or friendly and made me feel as though I did not know what I was doing as a parent. She also was not kid-friendly. Additionally, this office did not tell me that due to the pandemic, they were not offering any services at all. I basically took my toddler to a visit for no reason even though I told them of what services were desired before making an appointment. She also was critical of the way I wore my face mask, but failed to mention anything to the other parents sitting in the lobby without face masks. I will not be returning to this office.
