I know I'm not the patient & I don't need to be greeted with hugs & kisses but at least at some point during the visit acknowledge the parent in the room, rather than communicating only with my 7 year old daughter. Also, I was under the impression that the Dr. is a pediatric dentist yet my daughter lied uncomfortably on an adult chair for 45 min. A bolster was placed under her knees (which made a minimal difference) only after I brought this to the assistant's attention.
