I had an adult tooth that never came through and Dr. Graham promised if I got braces I wouldn’t have to go through surgery. I paid for the braces (which were horrifically over priced I found out after I compared prices with other orthodontists, which was a mistake on my end for not checking around more beforehand) I ended up having to get the surgery regardless of the braces and be out extra money for the braces, the tooth was not pulled down correctly and destroyed the roots of my other teeth, and he offers me no help for this pain and says I should see someone else. He’s also diagnosed me with multiple things like: gingivitis and needing a root canal.. and after going to a different dentist/orthodontist they said his diagnosis was completely wrong, and I am now taking the long road to try and repair the damage done to me.

I never write reviews for anything, but these guys deserve to be recognized! My tooth broke on a Friday night and I was in excruciating pain all weekend, Monday morning I called my dentist and he wasn’t able to get me in until Tuesday and I simply could not wait. I called every dentist office within a 30 mile radius and no one had any openings. I started calling dentist offices in Glasgow and Dr.Kuzma’s office was the only place that could get me in quickly, within 2 hours. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk had me fill out paperwork, she was prompt and friendly. I informed the staff of my “dentist phobia” and they were wonderful. I never felt nervous or uneasy about the process. I can’t recall the assistants name but she was extremely kind, sympathetic, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The dentist was great, he talked with me about the procedure and recommended others things that needed to be done. Everyone who worked with me was gentle and very understanding. I’ve been through 3 different dentist within the last 5 years and I’ve never been treated as I was today. I would recommend Dr.Kuzma’s office to anyone. They listen to your concerns and will answer any questions you may have. The office is clean, updated, and has an overall relaxed atmosphere.
