I want to go back . . . and that's weird. Since I was a kid, I've disliked going to the dentist. In high school, I visited the dentist every other week and hated it. The music made me nauseous and the dentist routinely made me wait 30 - 90 minutes before they'd take me back and get started. The first dentist I had in Gig Harbor was very gruff and gave me a hard time about my teeth. On my second visit, I decided not to go back. You might say I have a learned aversion to dentistry. Alas, I knew I needed to see a dentist and, when I broke a tooth, I took my wife's recommendation and called Olympic Modern Dentistry as she loved them. Honestly, I've never had better experiences at a dentist than I have at Olympic Modern Dentistry. They are very modern - everything is digital including check-in and x-rays. On my first visit, I had x-rays, a full exam, cleaning, a crown designed and built on site, a root canal, and a crown installation. When I was a kid, this would have taken two weeks or more, but they did all of this within four or five hours. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and made sure I understood my options for treatment and payment. Thanks, Olympic Modern Dentistry staff – I can't recommend you highly enough!
