Rude, uncaring Dr who improperly used a oversized spacer in our 7 yr. old girl, when Insurance said they are not supposed to be used on kids this age. Now 5 days later she still cannot eat, drink, swallow or talk. Gonna report to DCF !.
This office is nothing but FANTASTIC!! Dr. Young is wonderful with the children. The amount of times I've been here every child she has worked with is amazing and is so helpful with the children. If there are any issues with the child she always finds a way to make the experience best for the child. As-well as parents she is beyond amazing she in gauges with the parents so easily and makes them so comfortable. The Staff here are beyond helpful, reassuring, and so very kind, and answer any questions I've ever had or anyone I've noticed who had a question..
THIS WOMAN IS SO RUDE!!! She has the crappiest attitude I have ever seen a pediatric-anything have! Also I have read a ton of reviews that she has hurt children in her care! Do not go here unless you’re ready to give her back the same attitude she dishes out..
My son had a root canal done the staff is nice office very clean love this place.
My experience with Dr. Matt and his staff was fantastic! Dr. Matt is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. He takes his time to explain everything and is happy to answer any questions that you have. His staff were very professional and welcoming. If you are in need of an orthodontist, look no further because he is definitely the best!.
