How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
3Been going to this dentist for years and never once did I ever see a sign of rushing or compromise regarding workmanship, my comfort, or keeping me informed. A sensitive and good communicator during treatment as well as discussing the technical side of things and how to take care of yourself--like some personal dental management and planning consultant. Only realized this when I found out how uninformed my friends (also going into their 60's) are about what's happening to them and what to expect. Also didn't realize how up-to-date the equipment was until I was away and had a dental emergency--pictures of my mouth with so much less detail I was afraid of the decisions being made on which type/level of invasive procedures would be needed--they actually brought in other dentists in the group to help evaluate the x-rays-- and present the risks to me in terms of what they couldn't see rather than probabilities of other things that can go wrong. Didn't calm down until I was back with new x-rays going over the state of my recover with Dr. Weber.
