She is very professional (my 2 sons have been there for about 2/3 years). I have the exactly same dental insurance and policy I had when we started do go there BUT the problem are procedures that my insurance may not cover and she could not tell you in advance if you want them to perform it. Basically I think she pushed my son into unnecessary treatment (codes D0603 and 01330) and I notice clearly if you compare the insurance claims from 1,5 years ago/now..
Dr. Dave is the best dentist I've ever been to. Takes the extra time to make sure your comfortable, works quickly, never feel any pain, great results. (Also want to add that I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but since starting with Dr.Dave I am so much more comfortable) Recommend him to everybody!.
The day I went in I received the worst service I have ever received anywhere. The guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and condescending. He harassed me about the the simplest things and complained to fellow co-workers that it was "too early" for people. I had purchased confirmation mailing on two letters and we find out one did not make it and the other arrived very damaged. I am pretty sure this guy had something to do with it. If you can avoid this post office at all costs they are horrible and a symbol of why the USPS is failing..
