Unfortunately, this was the worst dental experience I have had to date. Another patients x-rays were visible in the exam room upon entering. I also would not be surprised if a random bill shows up at my door step even though I was told the visit was fully covered by my dental insurance plan on several occasions and was given information stating no out of pocket costs to the patient. The preventive treatment plan recommended did not align with the information presented and (of course) was not covered by my dental plan. The Dentist did not discuss my most recent medical history information with me, even though I filled out the information prior to my appointment as requested. I will be seeing another Dentist for a second opinion. I would not recommend.
