Dr. Williams listened to me and answered my questions. I didn’t feel rushed during my exam and when he was going over my options he spent an appropriate amount of time with me. We just finished a crown and some other work that was needed after a previous dentist at another office messed me up. Dr Williams was so gentle and conservative and things turned out better than I thought possible. No problems with the front or insurance in my experience!
