I called in early March to schedule an appointment. They got my insurance information first and said they would call when it was pre-approved. I called them a week later and they did indeed have it approved, but hadn't called yet. Then I wanted to schedule an appt. and she said it would be 6 months out, so she suggested a waiting-list. She said they have cancellations all the time. So I called today because I hadn't heard back. She suggested I schedule an appointment for July. I said that was fine, but then she asked if I had insurance. Um, yes, because you preapproved it 2 months ago. I am obviously not going there. I'll find a place that has there ducks in a row.
