I agree that he is unprofessional & only concerned about the money. Before I could get 2 words out, they told me that they didn't accept my insurance until I informed them it was a managed care MEDICARE plan & I was only responsible for the co-pay. The doctor never looked at my mouth & told me that he needed to do a biopsy. This was after sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours & another 1/2 hour in the exam room. Needless to say I declined his recommendation & have told my dentist never to refer anyone to him again.
