Working with Dr Koch and his staff was all around an excellent and easy process. Our daughter (Age 15) just finished her 24 months of braces today 8/14/2018 and they were so accommodating and friendly. She had a great experience that went by fast. Her teeth look great! The staff was always helpful from scheduling options to billing issues we had to work out with insurance changes. Highly recommended to anyone in the Livingston County NY area! -Mike
