After years of dealing with bruxism and the damaging effects of the condition, I finally found the first dentist who absolutely did not judge me or lecture me. Dr Belmer's philosophy was to fix the problem and move on from there. For the very first time in my 63 years, I had a positive if not a downright fun experience in a dentist's chair. Bottom line? Dr Belmer is a healer who obviously loves what he does. ..
