Been coming here for five years and one of the best dental offices ever visited. Plus Sue, hygentist is awesome and always makes the visit wonderful. Wait time is minimal as well..
Dr Goot and Robinson have been my dentist for at least 10 years I believe. They and their team have done excellent work over the years and they have great customer service as well..
The staff is personable, HOWEVER, when asked about making payments I was told. "We had to make a decision when we started, do we want to be bill collectors or dentists". This is a pretty dark view. This implies that EVERYONE is going to skip out on the bill. And yet the paperwork I was asked to fill out has a section for making arrangements for a payment schedule. So I'm very confused, either the spoken word is the truth, or the printed is the truth..
