Mark Christopher Musso

I wish I could recommend Dr. Musso because he is very skilled, very competent, and his staff is professional and nice. I would not recommend him to a friend, however, because he is not a conservative dentist by any means. He will make a very convincing case for any amount of decay he finds (or thinks he’s found in an x-ray) that you need a zirconium crown. If it is your first time to see him, HE WILL suggest a few thousand dollars worth of work. His estimated bill for me was 5K and he wanted to crown 6 teeth. I went to my parent’s dentist, who I trust, for a second opinion. My parent’s dentist said I had three cavities that could be repaired with fillings and it would cost $500…. 1/10th of what Dr. Musso quoted me. Also, its was $200 for the exam and x-rays at Musso's. UPDATE: So Musso wanted to do 3K worth of work for my daughter. I had her visit my parent's dentist and he gave her a completely clean bill of health. No cavities, no work needed to be done. We both smiled all the way home. Will never trust another diagnosis from Musso again.
