5Love him and staff in rooms. Hate front office staff. They have lost my file almost every time I go in. They assume I am a new patient. They are extremely rude when you ask questions. I even tried to make a payment on my way out and the lady at check out said "no sorry I already shut my computer off". I never received a bill. NOT ONE. and I knew I needed money. Called to figure out what was going on. They have been sending my bill to my dad who was also a patient. I am completely independent from him and have been for over 12 years. They broke HIPPA violation and was rude. I will be turning them in. If it was his office alone I would rate this negative stars. However, he is so good at what he does. I have been going to him for 20 yrs plus. He is genuine and sweet. Also the dental hygentisit on weds is amazing.
