Dr. Saiki is a very gentle and caring professional. He's extremely polite and his office is spotless. He's always on-time and I've never waited more than a couple of minutes. He works in an organized, unhurried manner and his staff makes sure you're totally comfortable. As he works on your teeth, he explains exactly what he's doing. My previous experience with dentists had me gripping the armrests. At Dr. Saiki's office, I'm able to sit back and relax.
