I have supervised many dentists in the Army and Special Operations, and helped train many more in trauma skills. Dr. R is one of the top two dentists I have known in the military, PHS, or civilian sectors. One other was a Special Forces dental officer practicing in Boston. Now, after having work-up and procedures by Dr. Damon, the new dentist at Dr. R's, there are three top dentists.
