If a child squirms or is apprehensive, he gets annoyed. Of course, this only escalates as the child can pick up on it. After his failed attempt to put a crown on (my son was having a hard time), I immediately took him to another dentist (about two hours later). Good thing we did. The temp filling was still very soft and falling apart. This new dentist took time to talk to my son and he did great, no issues. He did need extra numbing though. 2nd Dentist thinks Dr. Reed didn't numb him enough.
