Dr. Walther, The kindness shown by you and your staff warmed my heart. At age 76, I go to a lot of doctors. Feeling this good about a doctor visit is rare. Sarah went to the extra effort to investigate my insurance and confirm with me that they would pay part. Karen put me at ease while getting my records straight and checking me out.
