At first, his personality put me off a bit because he is so careful to try to put patients at ease that he tells jokes,compliments you on your smile, and even makes a design out of a paper towel for you to hold if you need to squeeze something. I didn\'t know what to think. But, after being his patient for about 20 years now, we are very comfortable with his approach. And, we never question him when he says something needs to be done. He has proved his honesty many times.
