I went to this "dentist" in Oct 2012 at Smile Care when I needed a crown glued back on that had come out(put in by another DDS).This "DDS" was quick to say he could not do that,that he had to replace it,I was charged $137 for core buildup, $610 for the new crown, and $309 for crown lengthening. I paid using Care Credit. When THAT crown came off, I went back to another dentist in the same office,she was quick to explain that the root was not viable and that it needed to be pulled (I can't remember her name)She pulled the tooth. I made an appt. w/Smile Care to dispute the charge with DR O , all he wanted to do was more work on my other teeth, I asked the office to credit me for that procedure, but they never did, nor did they call me back, they even hung up on me when I called to inquire about the pending credit.Care Credit refunded my account (only for 610.00 because I didn't remember about the other charges.Now Smile Care is billing me personally for the $610 that CareCredit "settled".BAD DENTIST
