Dr J. Goorman, recieved 5 star's for his patience and ethical service. But i must say that a front office can make or break a business. Your front office staff represents a owner of any company because it is the first contact a customer has with that business. The women in the office are rude and not willing to accommodate under unique circumstances, and the manager set the tone. We lead by example!
