How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
Was in the market for a new Dentist. Receptionist (Lisa) was rude and had absolutely no patience in answering any questions. Called back to advise Dr. Dornberg of the situation, however, his attitude was not any better. Couldn't have been too busy, since the receptionist basically yells out his name to obtain answers for questions she don't understand, nor takes the time to try to understand. If this is how they treat potential patients, I would stay far away from this one.
