2Did things not necessary and over charged both patient and insurance. She made decisions for you, rather than giving you enough information about your teeth conditions. Treat your teeth before you agreed. Bad services, no receptionist. when I tried to change to another doctor, and asked her for my documents, she refused to provide anything, saying she knows nothing about computer. The equipment is not clean enough. The only advantage is easy to make an appointment. She even accepts drop-in. Doubt how many patients she has. Just don't go to her.
