I have been to the Freeport office a number of times for a cleaning and it is always such a great experience. There is usually little to no wait time at all and the customer service is always exceptional. The dental hygienist Brandi is absolutely amazing as well she is very professional and always makes sure that I am comfortable throughout my entire cleaning. She always answers any questions or concerns I have and my cleanings are always painless. You can tell that Brandi genuinely cares about her patients and is passionate about what she does and I find that very refreshing!.
Brandi is my hygienist, I absolutely adore her! She is thorough, and listens to my concerns. My teeth have never felt cleaner. A wonderful office all around!.

I just left this office and the receptionist was extremely rude ( the woman with blonde hair) I’ve been in pain for a couples of days. I’ve been anxious to see a dentist. This girl sees like she was more worried about her lunch break then the patient care. I’m very disappointed at the greeting staff. They should be more caring towards the patients needs..
