I find Dr. Lovric to be professional and honest. She is the first dentist I have gone to that knows how to give a needle without pain. I am happy with all procedures, fillings and caps.

Such a warm and welcoming place! Sue at the front desk will ease all your fears with her warm smile and calming words. They have great availability too. Phyllis the hygienist has a gentle touch and an impressive amount of knowledge. Dr Gentile is one of those people that you meet and instantly know you are going to like. I\'ve used dental offices in the past that seemed cold and judgmental. This place is the exact opposite. Take negative reviews with a grain of salt. Dental professionals have one of the highest rates of suicide due to compassion fatigue. They aren\'t there to cause you pain, they choose this career to help people. You don\'t have to take my word for it. Go in and take a look before you make an appointment. I guarantee these folks will win you over with their warmth and compassion

I really wanted to like this place!! It's in a great area , the receptionist was nice at first. I called the same day and they took care of my husband in almost no time.... GREAT! Then they do the check up and X-rays are done . After we are told by doctor that he was too young to remove his molar that he will try to clean/fix it . Then he sent the receptionist to translate since she knew more Spanish to explain I guess better to my husband. The doctor stepped out at this point. She then explained to us if we wanted to continue the process it would be $525 including the X-ray just to kill the nerve so it could stop aching . I then asked her that if we did decided to do it that what would be the process after. She then explained to me that she didn't want to tell me because then I would be overwhelmed about the whole thing . I told her then to go on and she said then that only for killing the nerve and the X-ray today would be $500. (She would discount $25) That in 3 weeks to come back to fill in the molar which would be $1400 and after that there would be another appointment to put the crown which would be another $475. I then asked he if there was anything more affordable that she can do since he had no insurance. She then suggested to take out a dental credit card if I had good credit. Also, she that this is Brooklyn, that in manhattan it would be much more expensive. After my husband and I discussed for a while and he was the one telling me that for 1 molar it was a lot. I reflected on the situation and I then agreed as well . We told her that we wanted to see other options and to provide us the X-ray so she did. When I was going to check out she asked me how I was going to pay card or check. It was $125 and she said she was only charging me for the x-ray not for the consultation. I then told her I had a Groupon (wish I thought it was but it was actually a yelp deal) because I had found them online. The receptionist then told me that they don't take Groupon. I then showed the the deal that I had bought on Yelp. It's was $125 for 250 deal. She then took my phone and showed the manager( Barbie blond hair lady) and they took 10 min trying to figure the whole situation. She later honored the offer. And I then asked since it was only $125 don't I get the rest for credit since I will still have over left from the $250 deal. The reception told me no you did not pay us , you payed them "we don't get that money." I then asked the manager again and she said yes that they get paid that but since they only charged me $125 but in reality they had to charge me $360 because it was an emergency. Mind you there was NO LINE! At this point I'm really fed up but kept calm because I had a really bad cold and a huge headache. So I was like ohh ok and went along. To tell you the truth, I work in sales and actually I'm a top sales person. I know that these people were LYING! I was EXTREMELY disappointed because this doctor has a lot of awards based on what you see on yelp and probably has great outcomes. But the skyrocket prices lower the ethics of his business and his work. Maybe I would recommend if you have insurance. Because I assure you the will really take advantage of it . Haha. I would not recommend based on my experience. I always give my honest opinion. And this place really upset me that they have NO sympathy and will overcharge. I asked my mom and others for second opinions and they agreed that it was too expensive. ALERT TO ANYONE. DONT BE ANOTHER VICTIM!
