1Dr. Koch was excellent. He thoroughly explained everything and was very considerate of my TMJ issues, asking me if I needed a break throughout the process. He did everything he could to make me comfortable and take care of my TMJ while doing the root canal.

2Dr Michael D. Parsons is the worst dentist in terms of lack of professionalism I've ever experienced! I was referred to him by my dentis however Dr. Parsons demanded to have my social security number before he would treat me. His office staff already had my federal drivers license and copy of two of my inurance cards. He said it is his office policy while under the privacy act of 1974, no one is required to give their social security number to anyone but the IRS and or an employer who will use it for the IRS to pay taxes. Dr Parsons was extremely unprofessional and treated me very demeaning in the patient lobby in front of everyone. I had all intention to pay for my services today even though my dental insurance would have paid most or all his fee. However Dr. Pardon continued to be arrogant with me that it his policy. I was never so humiliated with his patient -dentist manner. No one should ever give their social security number to a doctor or dentist. They already have your license and birthday and this could be an easy way for anyone in Dr. Parsons staff to steal ones identity and open credit. Im a professional who does not want my identity stolen. Dr. Parsons motive could be a way to report his patients to the 3 major credit bureaus for not paying his high charges. Doctor Parsons can do that without taking patients social security numbers. I would recommend going to another Endodontic Dental Specialist that does not want a patients social security numbers like Dr. Michael D. Parsons, D.D.S. At Endontic Associates located at 1150 Omega Drive in Hagerstown, Md and also located at 85 Thomas Johnson CT. Frederick, MD. As a professional career military combat veteran I was appalled with the treatment I received verbally by Dr. Parsons. I feel my integrity, ethics and morale values was questioned by Dr. Parsons. The OPM lost millions of personal information from veterans and federal workers and mine was one that was stolen by foreign counties and others. That's the reason one should never asked you for your social security number especially a dentist. I rate Dr Michael D. Parsons D.D.S. Zero (0) Stars out of five (5).
