1My daughters are 2.5 & 1. 1st trip to dentist they were shy & nervous. My older daughter was ok until the chair went back, she began to get upset. I was trying to reason w/her when Dr Fox started to yell at me & tell to me hold her down so he could just get it over with. I was in shock & went along w/it. I held them both while they screamed trying to calm them down all the while Dr Fox just went about as if NOTHING was happening. I am still upset about what happened & it still brings me to tears

10An old filling from another dentist fell out on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Lisa Hilpl was so responsive and changed her schedule to accommodate mine on a weekend. She did an excellent job and has a wonderful personality. Really made me feel welcome.
