I inquired about my grandchilds balance and MELINDA the so call office mgr threw her hands up and raised her voice to me and was so rude and unprofessional, and refused to let me talk. My daughter quit going there over two years ago because of her bad attitude. Dr. Settles is wonderful but Melinda will push many pt's out the door.
