7As a patient, I made it to all of my appointments (on time) and I have paid all my dental bills right away at the time of service. I recently had a major family emergency arise on the day of one of my apts. and was unable to make it. In return I was sent a bill in the mail for $60 for missing that day. When the office called to confirm my next upcoming appt. I explained what had happened with, and that I was upset over this bill. The woman quickly brushed me off and didn\'t want to hear more.
