How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
4My daughter begin orthodontic treatment here in third grade for an open bite. She had a tongue thrust appliance, full set of braces, fixed retainer and removable retainer. Treatment took approximately five years. We felt like for the last year, they were stringing us along and not doing much. We voiced concerns about her bite opening back up after looking beautiful and we were constantly brushed off and given routine check up appointments months away. Once we were done paying off treatment, they removed her braces, put in the retainers and sent us on our way. I called numerous times voicing concern over her by adjusting and each time Dr. Sagafi brushed it off. Our routine dentist felt that it happened because they never moved the braces bands back to her 12-year-old molars when they grew in during treatment. Her bite now two years post treatment is worse than it was before treatment even with still having the fixed retainer glued in and wearing the removable retainer nightly. We are now beginning a second round of orthodontic treatment at another office who said this was not done correctly.
