This dental office is a scam! They hire and fire constantly. She must have figured out how to make money doing this. Sketchy. They make staff attend constant SALES TRAINING. Appointment quotas. Attend MGE TRAINING IN FLORIDA which is also very questionable. Read all the reviews posted in multiple locations. They have been doing this for years. Treats employees badly. Prey on patients and new employees who think they are starting a great new job when Dr Naqvi and her lap dog Dan the hygienist that is now the money making office manager know that they will be firing them shortly. Vulgar language used during meetings. Unethical practice. SCAM! Money making sales training is constant!!!.
Very Unorganized I waiting 5 long Weeks for an appt with a certain Doctor that only works on Wednesday and he was not there for my appt. I should have received a call to reschedule if he was not available. NOT HAPY I WAS FORCED TO SEE ANOTHER DENTIST! Another issue is their Billing since May 2021 they can't tell what I owe for last 4 Appointments.
This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. You schedule a regular cleaning and they end up taking XRays and NOT CLEANING your teeth then charging you $200. They continuously try to change your appointment date after scheduling your appointment, and will call you numerous times without leaving a voicemail. Out of the many times my family members and I have gone for appointments we cannot recall ever leaving satisfied with their services..
This so call doctor is anything but. Awful to say the least. Very arrogant and Cocky and knows very little about how to generally do anything about your teeth. Thank goodness is he is gone..
Staff always receives clients with a warm greeting and cheerful disposition. You folks are the best!!.
He did a very good job ... I dont feel any pain and he did it so quick make my fear of dentist seem like nothing.
