Brought in my vehicle for a trade-in on another vehicle.The manager was nice, thought my trade-in was in good condition. He called the owner who was across town (I think the owner may also owns a gas station). The owner showed up, did not even talk to me (I was in their Sales office waiting room), grabbed the keys I had given to the manager earlier, took my vehicle for a test drive, then told the manager to offer me a ridiculous low price for my vehicle. The owner immediately left the office and drove away without speaking to me. I had been to CarMax a few days before and to another car dealer in the area and had been offered twice the amount offered to me at Foxboro Auto. Both CarMax and the other dealer were very nice to talk to. Heck, even the Foxboro Auto manager was nice to talk to. But I would never come back to Foxboro Auto to buy a car when the owner walks in with a frown on his face and never talks to his customers. P.S. I went back to the first dealer I had gone to, who had offered me twice the amount for my vehicle than Foxboro Auto, and bought the same type of vehicle that I had wanted. On both visits the owner there greeted me with a smile.
