My sons and I have been going to Dr. HILL for 3 years. Dr. HILL and staff worked so well with my 3 and 4 year old whenever they'd come in to get their teeth cleaned. After going every 6 months, my sons were a little more comfortable each time. At my last visit, I ended up getting fit for a mouth guard but was unable to pick it up due to leaving Colorado earlier than expected (husband is being stationed in Washington). After getting a call about a 90 day past due bill, I called Dr. HILL'S office to find out what the bill was for. I had the understanding that the charge for my mouth guard would need to be paid once I picked up my mouthguard (I couldn't do it because I moved earlier than expected). I spoke with Juliana and explained the situation. She was very nice and understanding about everything. As a result, she wrote off the charge and wished me well on our move. If you live in the southern part of the springs and are looking for a dentist for the family, Dr. HILL is highly recommended.
