NEVER USE THIS OFFICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. THEY ARE UNREASONABLE AND INCOMPETENT. Do not use this dental office under any circumstances. The front office staff is unprofessional, incompetent, and unreasonable. I have never once in my life refused to pay or contest a medical bill. I respect medical providers and the hard work they do. But this office acted in such bad faith and lack of respect for their patients, I had no choice but to contest their unfair and unreasonable charges. They failed to properly check what my insurance would cover for a routine procedure. This step would have taken them less than five minutes. Instead, they lied and misled my wife and I, assuring us that they had indeed checked our insurance. Once we discovered their lie, they admitted they had not verified the information and had relied on an incompetent company to provide this data. Instead of giving their loyal patients who have paid on time and without problems the benefit of the doubt, they decided to shift the cost of the procedure on to us. They admitted the third-party company they used was incompetent, just like them, and fired the organization. Yet, they continued to insist we were to carry the cost of their mistake.
