Dear Dr. Bill Lin i have been a patient of yours for about 22 years always trying to go for my regular cleanings and check ups. Last October 2016 i went to see you for my cleaning which is why i find it hard to understand how i did not only ended up with two cavities on my very front upper teeth but tooth decay and a chipped tooth on one of them that now has a temporary repair and will need a crown now. I also have the other two teeth that are missing because of the bridge getting a severe infection that required antibiotics and had to be removed. A 5th upper tooth is in Jepardy of being lost because it is loose the only thing holding it is the partial bridge that is there. I am Praying and hoping that you will be able to take care of most of this situation. Thank You
