He is a great dentist, explains everything, follows up and I am so pleased that we chose him as our dentist. We moved to Carson City and I didn\'t think I could have found someone to replace my previous dentist, but, I actually think Dr. Kiggins is better, meets and goes beyond expectations.

Work was not properly done , Over charged thru Insurance and co-pay. Check various sites BBB. and read same responses. It is unethical and hovers on the edge of being shady. Has been a nightmare fixing what they did. It is EASY to get a appt. ..But ask ask ask every question BEFORE he destroys teeth that can be easily repaired.

I highly recommend Ballard Family Dentistry. They are very friendly and professional...a winning combination! They strive to ensure complete satisfaction before you leave the office and I have left pleased each time. Thanks to all who have made my dental experience great; Dr. Kiggins, Dr. Mansell and all the great hygienists!!!
