I was a new patient with Dr. Kimbrell\'s office and went in for my first visit only to be snubbed by him. I never saw him and he did not give me an examination. The explanation that I got from the staff when I asked if this was a standard procedure was that the dentist gave exams \"based on what he had going on that day.\" I only saw the hygienist who sent me on my way after my cleaning. I will not be returning.
