I went to Dr Roberts because I had a abscess tooth. The staff was very gracious. When Dr Roberts first came in the room, he was talkative and nice. He looked at my teeth and told me all that could be done for my entire mouth. I had very limited insurance for dental, therefore I explained that I could only have the one tooth pulled. But I had had dental implants put in and intended to have my teeth fixed later on. Right after that Dr Robert was no longer the talkative, nice. It was a Nightmare!
